Member States shall lay down requirements to ensure that, where technically and economically feasible, non-residential buildings with a nominal output of heating systems, air conditioning systems, combined space heating and ventilation systems or combined space air conditioning and ventilation systems:

a) more than 290 kW, equipped with automatic lighting control devices no later than December 31, 2027;
b) more than 70 kW are equipped with automatic lighting controls no later than December 31, 2029. Automatic lighting control devices must be placed in a suitable way by zone, and they must have presence control.
